I wanted to paint some iconic females from Gotham city for the DC Fandome event. Here we have Harley Quinn. I love the original design from Batman the animated series. So I picked that outfit. Using Arkham Knight as reference. I wanted to bring Margot Robbie's likeness into that outfit. Cat Woman is coming up next so hit that follow button so that you don't miss it.

I used a blend of 2D and 3D here so that I could create this complicated lighting setup without compromising efficiency.
